If a poster is damaged during shipment, we will replace your order. Items may be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and credit card fees) within 30 days. Items must be in their original, unused, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipment. 
To return a product or if you received a damaged product, please email us at info@gasposters.com. Returns that are sent without prior notification will be refused.
Claims For Damaged Products
Orders are carefully packaged, however, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we will file a claim on your behalf as long as:
  1. You inspect your order immediately for damage and completeness.
  2. We receive notice of damage within 5 days of delivery.
  3. The packaging and product is kept for inspection, if necessary.
  4. When necessary, you return the product to us.
To Assist Us With A Claim
If there is obvious damage to your package when you receive it, you may refuse to accept delivery, or have the delivery service note the damage on signature sheet. Please photograph your damaged package before opening and photograph the damage to your product. We may require you to return your damaged order (shipping paid by GAS) in order to file a claim.
